Yes, with our CSR Charity-Build. Teams learn who the beneficiary is, such as a children's home or a local charity, then build real items like kids' bikes, wheelchairs or food boxes, often against the clock or through challenge stages that earn parts. They decorate the items and write cards to the recipients, and the charity attends or receives them at a handover that we photograph and film. Your company gets a team building event and a CSR or ESG story at the same time, with content for reports and social channels. It suits all ages and fitness levels, indoors or outdoors. Pricing is a per-person fee plus the cost of the donated items, which your company funds.

Yes. Although we are based in Thessaloniki, we can bring our activities and equipment directly to your venue or company location anywhere in Greece.

Yes. We run events for small teams as well as large groups with hundreds of participants. Every event is designed around the group size.

Our team building activities usually run for groups of around 10 people or more. There is no fixed upper limit: larger companies are split into parallel teams, and we have run programmes for several hundred participants. If your group is smaller than 10, get in touch anyway and we will tell you what works.

It helps to know the number of participants, preferred date, location, available time, and the kind of experience you are looking for: competitive, relaxed, outdoor, indoor, or a mix. Tell us how much you want us to handle too. We can arrange everything, including venue, catering, transport and equipment, or work within arrangements you have already made, such as your own offices or a hotel you have booked.

Yes. Every event we organise is custom-made. We design the format, activities and schedule around your group's needs, goals and preferences.

We offer a wide range, from AR escape games and treasure hunts to wine tasting, icebreakers and giant games. The tone can be adjusted to suit your group, whether you want high-energy competition or something more social and relaxed.

Most activities run for about 1.5 hours. Several can be combined into a half-day or full-day programme, and we often pair an activity with a meal or a city walk when a company wants to fill a longer slot.

Yes. Salty Soil is a licensed travel agency (GNTO licence 0933E60000837301) and holds third-party liability insurance that covers our activities. Our own team brings and checks all equipment and runs every activity on the day.
