The mission
Using Augmented Reality (AR), Black Out throws your team into a citywide cyber crisis. A hacker attack has hit the power grid, and Thessaloniki is on the brink of a complete shutdown. Your mission: trace the digital sabotage, stabilise the systems and prevent total chaos.
You have limited time to decipher codes, track down the hackers and stop the collapse. With augmented reality, iPads and physical gadgets, it’s a high-tension, realistic and immersive experience.
Black Out isn’t just about solving puzzles. It’s about thinking under pressure, coordinating your team and staying calm in the chaos. The start and end point and the length can be adapted for shorter sessions or longer events, and it can also be played indoors at your own venue, or in other cities in Greece on request.
We provide everything you need: every team gets an iPad and an ActionPack, so there’s nothing to bring but your curiosity.

Frequently asked questions
Is Black Out only for companies, or is it also suitable for private groups?
It works very well for both. Black Out is a strong option for companies and teams, but it is also ideal for groups of friends, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette parties, gamers, and anyone who enjoys cyber-thriller scenarios and immersive gameplay.
Is Black Out suitable for corporate team building?
Yes. Black Out is especially well-suited to team-building events, as it is built around communication, role allocation, fast decision-making, and collaboration under time pressure.
How difficult is Black Out compared to the other games?
Black Out is the most challenging of the three games, designed for groups who enjoy higher tension, pressure, and a more intense mission atmosphere. If you are looking for something lighter, Magic Portal is the better starting point.
Is Black Out more about physical activity or solving puzzles?
Black Out primarily focuses on teamwork, puzzle-solving, and decision-making under pressure. Since the game takes place across the city, it also includes movement between locations, but it is not designed as a physically demanding activity.
